You will guide the customer from strategic implementation to operational excellence. Your mission is to ensure that our technology does not just digitize processes but delivers measurable commercial success (revenue) for our clients.
- Lead Strategic Workstreams: You manage the customer relationship from kickoff to measurable business outcomes. You plan and moderate kickoff events, define the success model in alignment with the client’s corporate strategy, and establish an operating cadence that ensures the sustainable implementation of Revenue Engineering.
- Translate Strategy into Use Cases: You translate abstract commercial goals (pipeline growth, win rates, market focus) into clear workflows and best practices. You ensure that teams don't just use our software, but actually make their daily work more effective through it.
- Enable Customer Excellence: You empower customers to successfully integrate Building Radar into their processes. Through tailored training (e.g., on Social Selling, Sales Sequencing, or cold calling) and hands-on guidance, you turn our customers' sales teams into high performers.
- Own the Commercial Relationship: You take full responsibility for customer retention and drive commercial expansion (upsell), based on realized customer value.
- Deliver Tangible Revenue Impact: You work trustfully with customers on their pipelines. Through targeted reviews and analyses, you identify bottlenecks and actively help customers achieve more deals and a measurable ROI.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Develop a deep understanding of our software and work closely with our product team. You are the advocate for customer needs and directly influence our roadmap and innovation priorities.
- Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your own work and the processes of your customers. You actively contribute to our culture of high-velocity execution.
